The single in coming out on RIFF RECORDS (www.riffrecords.it) and it features two unreleased tracks by both bands. Our song is an outtake from the sessions for our 2006 album “A Different Beat”: the song is called “Don’t Turn Away” and we must have been on very bad drugs when we decided to take it off the album. The Settlefish track carries the same name of their beautiful third album “Oh Dear” and it rocks like a mutha! We’re so happy about this because: 1) Finally we get to share a release with the brilliant SETTLEFISH (oh brothers where are thou?) 2) We are doing it on the format we love best! START SPREADING THE NEWS… From October 31 to November 8 we’ll be in New York to join the Halloween party and to take part to the famous NY Marathon (just like Joe Strummer did). In our spare time we will also be recording our next album at NY HED studios, run by the notorious Matt Verta-Ray of Speedball Baby/Heavy Trash fame. Matt was also in Valentine Six, Madder Rose, The Now Time Delegation and many others. He recorded artists (and we will mention only a few of those closer to our hearts) such as The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, 20 Miles, Kid Congo Powers, Ronnie Spector (!), Andre Williams, Mick Collins Mooney Suzuky e Robert Quine, and we could go on forever believe us...
